This policy describes Paperbrass as it is today: free tools that work in your browser, with no accounts, no file uploads, no ads and no payments. We will update it before we launch accounts, AI tools, advertising or payments, and change the date above when we do.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website can save in your browser. Paperbrass does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party ads on the site. Our visitor statistics are collected with cookieless analytics, so they don’t place cookies either. Because we don’t use non-essential cookies, you won’t see a cookie banner.

Storage on your device

Some tools save information in your browser’s storage (local storage or similar) so they can remember things for you. This stays on your device; we cannot read it.

• Theme — whether you chose light or dark mode.
• Saved signatures — only if you click “Save in this browser” in the Signature maker or Fill & sign.
• Invoice generator — your business details, the current draft and your next invoice number.
• Text-recognition data — the English language file used by Image to text, Scan document and PDF to Word, kept so it doesn’t need to download again.

How to remove it

Use the buttons in the tools (for example “Clear saved details” in the Invoice generator, or the delete button next to a saved signature), or clear the site data for paperbrass.com in your browser settings. The tools keep working; they simply forget what you saved.

Changes

If we ever introduce advertising, accounts or other features that need cookies, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. See also our Privacy Policy.
